How long does a typical pool remodel take?

The timeline for a remodel depends on the scope. A simple plaster resurfacing and tile replacement in Fate or Rockwall can often be completed in 2 to 3 weeks. However, a full-scale transformation involving new decking, plumbing, and structural additions like a tanning ledge or spa usually takes 6 to 10 weeks. What are the best materials for a pool deck in the Texas heat?

Standard concrete and dark-colored stamped concrete can reach scorching temperatures in July. We recommend Natural Travertine or Lueders Limestone. These materials are porous and light-colored, allowing them to stay significantly cooler underfoot. For a modern Frisco or Plano aesthetic, porcelain pavers are also a top choice for their slip-resistance and durability.
